So I am waiting for my Win7 package to come in and I am going to throw it on top of my Win XP and get my Clie to work in Win7, which started this entire rigmarole for me. I also tried XP-driver, but no help. After installing the driver using Frustrated's methods, I got a blue screen with error code 43 after the boot screen.

I did exactly as it described in previous posts and all went just fine untill the restarting.
